INGREDIENTS

1/2 an avocado

1 whole banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1/2 - 1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Moringa Powder

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into a blender

Process until smooth - add more milk as needed

Poor into a glass and enjoy!
